Every project is individually scoped and thus is individually priced. Pricing is dependent of many factors including: type of services (e.g. floorplan design vs. furniture choices), size of project (e.g. single room vs. entire house/apartment), type of finishes, etc.

Our focus is on luxury design with value maximization – we will only make recommendations that increase the value of your home.

We typically design in Modern, Scandinavian or Mid-Century Modern styles. These has been around for generations, are widely appealing, and allow for a wide array of finishes from different price points. Thus – we have found these to be best choices for value maximization purposes.

We are always willing to incorporate individual preferences and styles – however will will be upfront on any style choices that may hurt resale value.

Full service design will be highly dependent on the scale of the project. For a single room it could take anywhere from 1-6 months; for a full home (rebuild or newbuild) it could take anywhere from 1 – 3 years. We always find it’s important to start early so the right choices can be made upfront with minimal yield loss during construction.

Currently, we are offering design services throughout the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario. We are looking to expand across the rest of Canada and the U.S. over the coming years.

We work with clients in a hybrid in-person / virtual fashion. We will always do house tours and property walks as well as in-person visits when choosing finishes. For more details on the design process – check out our design services page.
